  • MMC is in-network with most insurance plans.

    In-network coverage can vary per insurance plan so please contact your insurance company directly prior to beginning services to determine your eligibility and coverage benefits and/or out-of-pocket expenses.

    Some helpful questions you can ask insurance:

    1. Ask “Am I in-network with Mind Matters Collective?”

    2. What are my mental health benefits (deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, copayment, co-insurance)?

    3. Are there any limits or exclusions to coverage?

    4. What services are covered versus not covered?

  • For self-paying clients, good faith estimates of expected charges are available upon scheduling or upon request.

  • MMC does not have a specific policy regarding a sliding scale fee as all of our providers are independent contractors; however, many of our clinicians are open to self-pay clients and arrange self-pay agreements on a case-by-case basis.

  • MMC utilizes a PCI DSS compliant, third-party vendor called Stripe to securely retain credit card information and to process authorized payments.

    Fee For Service Policy, please note any out- of-pocket expense(s) are charged automatically post session using the credit card or HSA/FSA card on file acquired during the intake process.
