INDIVIDUAL & FAMILY THERAPIST

I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being. With a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening, I aim to work collaboratively with you to achieve your personal goals. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies that align with your values. Using evidence-based treatment approaches, my work centers on self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

As a former teacher, I have developed a deep understanding of child development, social-emotional learning, and the importance of creating a supportive environment. My experience in the classroom has equipped me with communication and interpersonal skills that allow me to connect with clients of all ages in meaningful ways.

My counseling approach is warm, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I value the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy. I am currently pursuing my master’s in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas and completing my internship under the supervision of Michelle Young, MS, LPCC.

Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or seeking long-term growth, I would be honored to support you in your journey.
