Requesting Prescription Refills

If you are a current client receiving medication management services within MMC and need a prescription refill, please follow the steps below:

  1. First, check with your pharmacy to see if there are any remaining authorized refills available on your current prescription.

  2. Log in to your client portal and send a Refill Request via direct message. In the Simple Practice messenger, please address your message to Aleeta Vizard, our assigned medical assistant. She will review and process your request.

Please plan ahead:

  • Refill requests require at least 1 business day for processing.

  • Some requests may take up to 3 business days if prior authorization or a detailed clinical review is needed.

  • We are unable to process refill requests on weekends or holidays.

To avoid interruptions in your medication, we encourage all clients to monitor their prescription supplies closely and request refills well before running out.
