INDIVIDUAL THERAPIST

I aim to create a therapy space that feels welcoming, supportive, and grounded in genuine connection. I approach my work with warmth and curiosity and value collaboration as an essential part of our work together. I am committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based treatment within a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to show up honestly and feel understood.

I have experience working with children and their families in outpatient therapy, which has been incredibly rewarding. Through these experiences, I have found a strong passion for supporting adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, and other painful or overwhelming life experiences. I use an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to each clients individualized needs, goals, and values. I am a pre-licensed clinician and receive ongoing clinical supervision from Catherine Tamayo, MS, LPCC.

Whether you are seeking support through a period of change, wanting relief from distressing symptoms, or a space to better understand yourself and your patterns, therapy can be a space for growth and clarity. I would be honored to walk alongside you and support you in moving toward a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and sustainable.
