Grow Together

Parent & Family Therapy

At MMC, parent and family therapy sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes, tailored to your family's unique needs. Parenting can be challenging, especially when supporting a child experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. Our therapists provide evidence-based guidance to help parents and caregivers understand their child's symptoms, improve communication, and create a supportive environment for long-term well-being.

Family therapy can address mental health and behavioral challenges, life transitions, stress, and relationship dynamics, helping to strengthen connections and set healthy boundaries.

Through personalized treatment plans, we help families navigate challenges while creating a supportive home life where both parents and children can thrive.

You don’t have to navigate this alone—we’re here to help.

Relational Therapy

Relationships take work, and seeking support is a sign of commitment, not failure. Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes, tailored to your relationship’s unique needs. We begin with a comprehensive evaluation of each partner’s perspective, relationship history, and communication patterns, followed by a collaborative treatment plan to foster connection and growth.

Many couples seek therapy when they feel disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck in conflict cycles. Common concerns include:

  • Communication breakdowns and recurring arguments

  • Trust issues affecting emotional or physical intimacy

  • Major life transitions such as marriage, parenthood, or career shifts

  • Growing apart or feeling unfulfilled in the relationship

  • Learning how to support a partner experiencing OCD, anxiety, or trauma symptoms

At MMC, we use evidence-based, systems focused therapy to help relationships identify patterns, rebuild trust, and improve communication—creating a stronger, healthier partnership.
