Meet Your Group Therapist

Courtney Sellberg, LPCC
OCD Group Therapist

Our OCD Skills Group is a structured, supportive therapy group designed for individuals with OCD who want to better understand and respond to obsessive doubt. The group uses Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), an evidence-based approach designed to help people with OCD better understand and respond to obsessive doubt, strengthen their sense of inner security, and improve quality of life.

Through psychoeducation, guided discussion, and practical skill-building, participants will deepen their understanding of I-CBT concepts and have opportunities to apply them to their own experiences. The group can complement individual therapy by providing additional education, practice, and support between sessions.
