REGISTERED DIETITIAN

I am a Registered Dietitian (RD), dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care that supports both physical and mental well-being.

I believe that nutrition care should feel supportive, realistic, and tailored to you, not rigid or overwhelming. I strive to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring your relationship with food, your body, and your overall well-being. My approach is rooted in meeting you where you are and working together toward sustainable change that fits into your everyday life.

I have experience working with adults in clinical and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with a variety of nutrition-related concerns, including chronic disease management, digestive health, weight concerns, general wellness, and behavior change. Through this work, I’ve developed a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition and a passion for helping individuals better understand patterns around eating, improve consistency, and navigate their health in a way that feels practical and achievable.

I take a client-centered approach and often incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies to support meaningful, sustainable habit change. I also value the connection between nutrition and mental health and enjoy collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person, coordinated care.
