INDIVIDUAL THERAPIST
My work centers on adolescents and adults navigating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, and anxiety-related concerns, such as social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic attacks, and specific phobias.
My background spans both intensive hospitalization settings and outpatient therapy. In my work, I integrate evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support lasting, meaningful progress.
Curiosity guides how I show up in session. I work collaboratively with clients to build practical, skill-based tools while also examining the deeper patterns and beliefs underlying their struggles. My style blends structure with depth, helping you shift your inner dialogue, strengthen your coping strategies, and act in ways that reflect what matters most to you.
I believe that lasting change grows out of a strong therapeutic relationship, one built on trust, respect, and empathy, where you feel truly seen and understood. Above all, I hope to help you gain clarity on who you are and reconnect with a sense of joy in everyday life.
