Bilingual in Spanish and English

INDIVIDUAL THERAPIST

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, identity concerns, and life transitions. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported in exploring your authentic self and clarifying your personal values. As a bilingual clinician (Spanish/English), I prioritize culturally responsive care and tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.

I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is foundational to meaningful change. Together, we will foster a collaborative and compassionate environment that supports healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.

My clinical experience includes work in residential mental health and substance use treatment, as well as advocacy focused on sexual violence prevention on university campuses and in underserved rural communities. These experiences have shaped my commitment to trauma-informed care and to creating a supportive, empowering therapeutic environment.

My approach is person-centered, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas and completing my practicum under the supervision of Courtney Sellberg, MS, LPCC

Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or seeking long-term growth, I would be honored to support you in your journey.
