Medication Management Requests
If you are a current client receiving medication management services within MMC and need a prescription refill, please follow the steps below:
First, check with your pharmacy to see if there are any remaining authorized refills available on your current prescription.
Log in to your client portal and send a Request via direct message. In the Simple Practice messenger, please address your message to Leya Qasimyar, our assigned medical assistant. She will review and process your request.
Please plan ahead:
Requests for Angie’s support require at least 1 business day for processing.
Some requests may take up to 3 business days if prior authorization or a detailed clinical review is needed.
We are unable to process these requests on weekends or holidays.
To help ensure continuity of care, we encourage all clients to monitor their medication supply and submit medication management requests well in advance of needing provider review.
